Jessica has held sales positions of increasing responsibility from Sales Representative, Sales Specialist, Independent Distributor Representative, Regional Manager, National Director of Sales Training in medical equipment sales. she has held positions of Branch Manager going on to Area Manager in Staffing after building her foundation in hospitality as a Catering Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing.
Jessica is a graduate of Baylor University and holds certificates from Miller Heiman, Spin selling and is Master Certified Sales Professional (MCSP)

His experience includes expertise in turn around mangement, over this twenty years in senior management he has acquired expertise in sales, technology, hospitality, vacation ownership, consulting and staffing. He has served as a Sales Manager, Sales Traininer, Sr. Vice President of Sales.
He is the founder Capital Partners Holding, Capital Partner Advisors, Commerce-America and Sales Masters institute along with being a Managing Partner with Regus Advisors. He has held postions of increasing responsibility in Aerospace, Vacation ownership, Consulting, Reference Laboratory, Medical Sales & Hospitalaity as an executive, manager & analyst, he is the former leader of multiple company's including SHAPE HiTech Biomedical.
Daryl oversees the executive & creative direction at SALES MASTERS America along with business development and Training Services. He attended ULV and Northrup Institute, he is a Certified Negotiator and Master Certified Sales Professional. He also also been a trainning participant with the Sandler Institute, Dale Carnegie, Miller Heiman & SPIN Selling among others.

He is the founder of the Mayflower Insurance Co., Salespower Inc., Seago Real Estate Syndication Company, he is the Co-founder of Chicago City Bank, prior to this he held several positions of increasing responsibility steming from his career in Advertising. Ray started as an account manager for Leo Burnett & became the first Brand Manager for Helen Curtis, and he went on to handle legendary accounts like Phillip Morris, P & G, Pfizer,and National Geographix. Ray served as the VP of World Wide Marketing for Encyclopedia Britanica, the CEO of Heritage Home Video, he developed the Modern Portfolio Theory at University of Chicago where he is also a graduate. He is the CEO & Founder of Financial Life Planning, a Managing Partner at Capital Partner Advisors and the Managing Director of the Midwest Renaissance Venture Capital Fund.

Michael became intensly involved with sales processes and performance outcomes while at Ultimate Resorts and has validated his hypothesis at the Orange Tree Resort .
